Breakfast by the sea...
Borrow someone's camera or phone and go out and take some photos in your garden or on your walk. You can email me your photos at [email protected] and I will update the blog.
Here are some photos I took yesterday when I was out for my walk...
How are you feeling today? Talk about your feelings with your parents or an older brother or sister. I feel happy when .... I am looking forward to.... I feel sad when.... Gratitude Journal Grab a piece of paper or maybe you have your own gratitude copy at home- write down or draw 3- 5 things that you are thankful for each day. It could be the chat you had on the phone with your nana, your favourite dinner, an ice pop, time to play outside in the sun, etc etc. Take time to relax and check in... It is a beautiful day so maybe you could go outside & read a book... If you have read any really good books lately, you can let me know by email [email protected] and I will pop your suggestions here for the other boys to see! I know it was very different to other breaks and it is very hard not seeing your grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends but I hope you had fun and made nice memories with your family. Maybe you would like to write a recount about your Easter break and the things that you did or ask your parents to email some photos to [email protected] & I will put them on our blog! A very happy birthday to the boys who celebrated their birthday over the break... Here are some of the things that I got up to ...
Hi all, Welcome back to our class blog. I hope you all had a lovely Easter break and enjoyed the beautiful weather. I kept myself busy over the Easter break going on lovely walks (within 2km from my house), gardening, reading, baking and I even went to the farm to feed the calves for my dad! I am really missing school and I hope we will all be back very soon. If you would like to send me some pictures of what you have been doing, I will upload them to the blog so we can all connect with each other. Boys, please remember to wash your hands, keep your distance, help out at home and have some fun! Keep Safe, Miss Callan Here are some ideas of how you can be creative at home... Make a card for a relative or a friend Play mini golf in your garden... Spend time with your pet... Go for a cycle, to the beach ( if it is within 2km from your house), art time and relaxation time ( check out 'peace out guided relaxation' on youtube) ... Watch the sunset...
